Shipping & Returns

Shipping: charges the following amounts to all of its valued customers without any additional handling charges with orders under $20 shipping US Postal First Class for just $4.99. Gemstone purchases over $100 up to $3000 are shipped as follows: US Postal, Priority Insured.

Any orders over $3000 will ship US Postal, Priority, Registered, Insured. Please note that carriers such as UPS, FedEX, and Airborne Express will NOT insure precious and semi-precious gemstones, so we cannot use them to ship your order. In our many years in the gemstone business, the US Postal Service has never lost a single package that we have shipped. What a track record! We have successfully shipped over 4600 orders to clients over the past 7+ years using the above protocol, so you can place confidence in the fact that your order will reach you. Our customer service is tops and our friendly staff will get you an answer as quickly as possible.

Please contact us if you are an international customer or have any questions regarding our shipping policy in advance of placing your order. There are some destinations which we simply cannot ship to due to the high incidence of theft and/or fraud. We no longer ship to 3rd party forwarders such as Borderlinx.

US Postal Service Priority Insured is as follows: $2.50 for orders $20 to $100. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping when you are ready to check out. Insurance is required on all purchases over $100. USPS Next Day service is available for an additional $20. Please add this to your order if you require this. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order.

Returns: As a company interested in developing long-term client relationships, will accept a return for any reason within 3 business days of you receiving your order, unless the item(s) are designated specifically as non-return within the individual item description. Three business days should give you ample time to consult with your local gemologist or jeweler. While returns are rare, if you do wish to return your purchase, simply email customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We cannot issue you a refund without an RMA. Since shipping fees are not recoverable, we will credit your card for the purchase amount less shipping fees. We may, at our discretion, suspend purchasing privileges for customers who return too many orders. Please read our FAQ's on the informational portion of our site for further info.
